Our task consisted of optimizing the online customer experience on the 'eye health' subpage on louisnielsen.com. We participated in a workshop with the client, where we conducted a Customer Journey Mapping, identifying areas for improvement. The client encouraged us to challenge them by creating a design that was bolder in its expression.

The process

In this project I worked together with a versatile team that consisted of a Project Manager, Developers, CX Designer, UX Designer and UI designer. My responsibility involved exploring organic expressions and assessing how to tweak their existing components, while ensuring alignment with their visual identity.
